Res Publica ecosystem
The HARM Platform within Res Publica
Res Publica is the institutional ecosystem. Within it, the HARM Platform is a distinct Governance Domain platform for protected listening, documentation, evidence, responsibility, learning and repair. It is neither Res Publica as a whole, nor a commercial product, nor a separate organisation.
The methodological architecture and selected protected workflows are implemented. Sensitive governance processing remains subject to exact authorization, MFA and activation gates.

- The canonical methodology. It describes the path from lived experience to institutional learning and is not a software product.
- HARM Platform
- The distinct institutional and digital execution environment within the Governance Domain that supports protected use of the methodology.
- HARM Research Project
- The research, development and evaluation project around HARM. It remains a project and is not marketed as a product.
Systemic harm is a pattern of relationships
HARM examines more than isolated incidents. It asks which recurring mechanisms, decisions, omissions and institutional conditions enable or intensify harm. An account remains an account; documentation is not yet proof, and a pattern is not an automated attribution of blame.
